10 Adjustable Intensity Levels

Everyone experiences EMS differently, so FindGlee™ gives you 10 adjustable intensity levels.

Start at a lower intensity and gradually increase it until you reach a comfortable level. Different body areas may require different settings.

The manufacturer's operating instructions likewise recommend selecting intensity according to individual comfort and the treatment area. 

15-Minute Smart Sessions

Each session is designed to run for approximately 15 minutes, after which the device automatically shuts down.

How to Use

1. Apply Hydrogel

Apply an appropriate amount of hydrogel to the center of the electrode/contact area and spread it evenly. The original manual specifically says not to use essential oils in place of hydrogel. 

2. Power On

Press and hold the power button until the display illuminates.

3. Select Your Mode

Short-press the power/mode button to cycle through the available body-care modes.

4. Adjust the Intensity

Use the + / – controls to choose your preferred EMS intensity. Start low during your first session and increase gradually according to comfort.

5. Massage the Target Area

Keep the electrode/contact surface against the skin and gently move the device across the desired body area.

Avoid pressing excessively hard against the skin.

6. Add Heat When Desired

Activate the heating function for additional warming comfort during your session.

7. Clean After Use

Turn off the device and wipe residual hydrogel from the electrode surface using a damp tissue or soft cloth, then wipe it dry.

Do not immerse the device in water. These cleaning instructions are also specified in the manufacturer's manual.

Do not use the device on the face. The manufacturer's instructions specifically state that the intensity modes are intended for different parts of the body and should not be used on the face. 

Safety Information

Do not use the FindGlee™ EMS Body Sculptor if you have a pacemaker or serious heart rhythm condition. It should also not be used during pregnancy or on areas with skin ulcers, implanted metal/plastic components, the heart area, carotid sinus areas, or the front of the throat.

Do not immerse the device in water, use it while driving or operating machinery, or continuously treat the same area for an excessive period.
